About the Speakers:

Kim Coonrod is the Director, Loss Control for Markel Specialty Commercial in Omaha, NE.  His loss control experience over the past 25 years includes working with a wide range of policyholders and classes of business to gain an understanding of their operations, the status of accident prevention programs, assisting in safety program development, and providing guidance in the correction of safety and health hazards that employees are exposed.  Kim is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), the National Safety Council (NSC) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).  He currently holds an Occupational Health and Safety Technologists (OHST) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).

Courtney Rosengartner is a Senior Loss Control Specialist with Markel Specialty Commercial in Omaha, NE. She began working for Markel in 2003.  She has worked in loss control for the past 10 years with primary focus on accident prevention services for workers compensation. She achieved her Associate in Risk Management (ARM) in 2014.  She also completed the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and a Certificate in OSHA Compliance (COC) in 2015.
