Washington, D.C. (August 16, 2018) – NFIB, the nation’s leading small business advocacy group, is endorsing Congressman French Hill (AR-02) for re-election to the United States House of Representatives. NFIB cited Congressman Hill’s ongoing support of small business issues in its endorsement.
“Throughout his time in the U.S. House, Congressman Hill has been a leader for small businesses in Arkansas and across our country,” said NFIB’s Arkansas State Director Sylvester Smith. “He is a dedicated supporter of issues that matter to small business, like protecting small business tax cuts and helping fight overregulation. We know that Congressman Hill will continue to champion legislation that reduces onerous regulations and protects tax relief for small business. On behalf of our members in Arkansas’ 2nd Congressional District, we are proud to endorse Congressman Hill for re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives.”
Congressman Hill has demonstrated a solid voting record as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, earning a 100 percent rating so far from NFIB. The list of votes is available here.
“I am proud of the work being done in Washington to support small business not just in Arkansas, but across the entire country. Through tax reform, tailoring financial regulations, and regulatory relief for American businesses, we are making America a place where businesses of all sizes can once again thrive. I appreciate the support of NFIB of our effort to grow America’s economy and create economic opportunity for all of our citizens,” said Congressman Hill.
“Congressman Hill has proven that he understands the challenges small businesses face,” said NFIB National Political Director Sharon Sussin. “He has been a true supporter of small business in Arkansas and across the country, and we look forward to continuing to work with him on issues important to small business. We are glad to endorse Congressman Hill for re-election to the U.S. House.”
NFIB is the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization. Congressman Hill’s endorsement today comes from the NFIB FedPAC, the organization’s political action committee.
