Fultz Warehouse Carpets in Sidney, Ohio

In 1979, Larry Fultz opened Fultz Warehouse Carpets in New
Bremen, Ohio. Selling and installing carpeting, vinyl, wood, laminate, luxury
vinyl tile, hardwood, and ceramic displays, Fultz’s grew his business and opened
a store in Sidney.

As sales continued to increase, Fultz Warehouse Carpets consolidated
the business and consolidated to an
expanded Sidney store in 2001, when Larry’s son Choice Fultz became a co-owner
of the family business. In 2008, Larry
semi-retired and Choice took the reigns as the company’s principal owner. 

Primarily serving Shelby, Auglaize, and Miami counties, Fultz
Warehouse Carpets has gained a widespread reputation for excellence. Manager
Tammy Fultz attributes most of the business’s community presence to the word of mouth promotion. However, the company
also uses newspapers, phonebooks, the web and church bulletins to get their
message out to potential customers.

Fultz Warehouse Carpets provides both commercial and
residential installations, but most of their business comes from the latter
category. However, the installation team has recently completed projects at
several area churches and retirement homes as well. For the Fultz’s, customer
expectations are very important (about 90% of Fultz’s jobs are special order
requests), giving them a competitive advantage over other suppliers and
