Nashville ranked No. 3 on the list of the top seven cities to launch a startup in 2016, according to Small Business Trends.

Music City is more than just, well, music. According to the Small Business Trends report, Nashville is becoming one of the top entrepreneurial hubs in the southeast, largely because of the city’s growing technology culture.

For example, Google Fiber is coming to Nashville, and one of eight Google for Entrepreneurs Tech Hubs is already located there. Furthermore, Small Business Trends notes that the city’s eclectic and diverse “grassroots” environment—where country music dive bars mingle with Fortune 500 companies—makes it an appealing place to launch an entrepreneurial venture.

Here’s the full list of the top seven cities:

  1. Austin, Texas

  2. New York, New York

  3. Nashville, Tennessee

  4. Boulder, Colorado

  5. Seattle, Washington

  6. Asheville, North Carolina

  7. Greenville, South Carolina
