Discover an oasis of civil conversation about the important issues of the day
In this highly polarized political time we find ourselves living through, it’s good to know there are still a few places left where divergent viewpoints can come together and be heard and discussed in an old-fashioned civil way. The annual Re-Wire Policy Conference is just such a place.
NFIB members can receive a 20 percent discount to attend the conference, which will be held December 13 at the Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center.
The second annual conference is being put on by WashingtonStateWire.com., an excellent resource for in-depth reporting about the State Legislature and state policy issues. It was re-launched, and now includes the Morning Wire, a short, weekly email overview of current issues and events.
“Like the Washington State Wire, the second annual Re-Wire Policy Conference is a non-partisan, policy agnostic platform for civil, civic discourse on policy, politics, and political economy,” according to the conference webpage.
NFIB has participated on the convening panel for both Re-Wire conferences, providing input on potential topics and speakers. State Director Patrick Connor was also one of the “Olympia insider” panelists last year.
If you would be interested in attending at a 20-percent discount, send NFIB Senior Grassroots Manager an email here.
