Your Date in Denver is March 13

Date: March 05, 2014

Please join us on Thursday, March 13 for NFIB’s annual Small Business Day at the Capitol.

It’s vital you attend.

Every major poll shows small-business owners the most highly regarded group in America, and every elected official claims to be your friend. So how come this doesn’t translate into better legislation and laws for Main Street enterprises? Because out of sight is out of mind.
During the cut and thrust of legislative activity, even lawmakers who should know better can fall victim to the persuasion of the supremely well-funded lobbying machines of trial lawyers, big labor, and advocates for bigger and bigger government—while small-business owners must attend fulltime to the running of their enterprises. To help blunt the force of big money, NFIB hosts annual Small Business Days at the Capitol, and the more members who attend, the louder we speak, and the less our message is forgotten.
At this year’s Small Business Day at the Capitol you’ll hear from State Treasurer Walker Stapleton, NFIB President and CEO Dan Danner, and numerous state representatives and senators.
The cost is $25 per person, which includes material and lunch. Reserve now Kendra Dawson at 303-860-1778 or send her an email. A flyer with further information can be found here.
