Date: July 27, 2021

Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall has issued public notice answering common legal questions about the COVID-19 vaccine.

He writes that under Senate Bill 267, signed into law by Governor Ivey in May, “no government, school, or business in Alabama may demand that a constituent, student, or customer, respectively, be vaccinated for COVID-19 or show proof of his or her vaccination for COVID-19.”
